HB3410 by Gattis (Relating to alternative procedures for plat revision of residential areas by a county.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to add that an amended plat may be approved and issued by a county to make necessary changes to create six or fewer lots in a subdivision or a part of a subdivision if certain requirements are met.

The bill would take effect immediately if it were to receive the required two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2007.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
