No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code relating to requirements for judicial training on issues regarding family violence, sexual assault, and child abuse and neglect.  The bill would set qualifications for sponsoring organizations providing training on issues of child abuse and neglect.  To the extent the bill would make new requirements for judicial training and organizations qualified to provide such training, no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
