No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would take effect only if Senate Bill 979, Eightieth Legislature, Regular Session, 2007, does not become law; otherwise, the bill would have no affect.

Residential subdivisions are not a governmental entity; therefore, provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state or to units of local government.
