No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


Local Government Impact

There may be some administrative costs for districts related to obtaining signed documentation from parents for high school students who transfer out of state or go to home-schooling and a copy of the death certificate for students who die while enrolled at school.  These costs are not expected to be significant.
