No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit public release of the name of a person who is enrolled in a public or private primary or secondary school who is involved in an improper relationship with an educator.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
