No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend requirements of official confirmation forms and statements of residency for voters.  The bill would be effective immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote from both houses.  Otherwise the bill would be effective September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
