No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill authorizes the Texas Enterprise Fund to be used for grants to the Texas Department of Transportation for rail facilities. The bill directs the expenditure of appropriated amounts, therefore no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
