No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to the possession, custody or control of a cougar, bobcat or coyote. To the extent the bill would direct the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to make determinations regarding predator or depredation control activity, no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
