No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Education Agency (Agency) to review and approve or reject alternate methods of calculating maximum student enrollment capacity under the Public Education Grant program.  The Agency assumes that this function could be managed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
