No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than the cost of publication.

The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $77,468.


The House Joint Resolution would amend the Texas Constitution to establish the right of persons to hunt and fish, enjoy access to natural resources, and clean air and water.   The amendment would be submitted to voters on November 6, 2007.
