IN RE:	HR2801 by Cook, Byron (Suspending limitations on conference committee jurisdiction, H.B. No. 2458.)

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This provision creates the Structural Pest Control Service (SPCS) within the Department of Agriculture (TDA) and directs the TDA to provide a SPCS consumer hotline and to administer a continuing education program for all structural pest control license holders. TDA does not anticipate any significant costs associated with this provision. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
