No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires the Texas Building and Procurement Commission and state agencies making purchases of food for consumption in a public cafeteria to give preference to contractors who provide foods of higher nutritional value and who do not provide foods containing trans fatty acids.
