No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill relates to the composition of the Interagency Coordinating Council for HIV and Hepatitis. 

The bill amends Section 81.010 of the Health and Safety code relating to the Interagency Coordinating Council for HIV and Hepatitis.

It is assumed the Department of State Health Services would absorb within its existing budget any administrative support costs related to the council.
