No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would amend Section 250.006 (a), Health and Safety Code by adding certain criminal offenses to those listed in subsection (a), conviction of which makes an individual permanently ineligible for employment in facilities covered in Chapter 250.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
