SB228 by Harris (Relating to suits affecting the parent-child relationship, including proceedings for the establishment, modification, and enforcement of child support, parentage, and possession of and access to a child; providing a civil penalty.), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide technical corrections, clarifications, and enhancements to statute related to child support. Provisions within the bill would require updates to policies, procedures, and training materials. No significant fiscal impact is anticipated from implementation of provisions of the bill.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
