SB229 by Harris (Relating to the seal of a district court and the signature of the district clerk used on process issued by the court.), Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a district court seal and the signature of the district clerk to be created by electronic means provided the means does not allow the document on which the seal and signature are used to be modified.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
