IN RE:	SB229 by Harris (Relating to the seal of a district court used on process issued by the court.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a district court seal to be created by electronic means provided the means does not allow the document on which it is used to be modified.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
