No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under provisions of the bill, the University of Texas System may impose on each student enrolled at the University of Texas at Dallas three new fees; a transportation fee, a student services building fee and an intramural and intercollegiate fee. The University of Texas System estimates the Transportation Fee will generate $2,867,112 over the next five years, the Student Services Building Fee will generate $8,539,828 over the next five years and the Intramural and Intercollegiate Athletics Fee will generate $5,247,730 over the next five years. Enrollment increases will generate additional revenue. The three fees will be locally assessed by the University of Texas at Dallas.
