No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would change the composition of the committee appointed to review the uniform general conditions of state building construction contracts to include nominees from minority contractors' associations.

The bill would no longer require the executive director of the National Association of Minority Contractors to submit nominees for this committee. 


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
