No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Texas Veterans Commission to make a performance incentive award to an individual or an entity for providing services to veterans.  The performance incentive award may be monetary or non-monetary.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
