No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code by requiring private employers to retain members of the Texas state guard and national guard members of any state who are ordered to authorized duty. The Adjutant General’s Department has determined that the cost of implementing the bill would not be significant.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
