No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Section 263.007(e), Local Government Code, to authorize certain counties to lease certain real property for 95 days or less to provide short-term emergency disaster relief services without having to post its intent to lease the property 30 days prior to establishing the lease.
