No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to change the deadline for an applicant seeking to vote by mail to submit a federal postcard application to the early voting clerk. The bill would also change the timeframes for when an application is considered to be timely received.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
