No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to increase from $10 to $20 the amount of an administrative fee for dismissing the charge of driving with an expired inspection certificate, expired driver's license, or expired registration.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
