No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Under provisions of the bill, the Higher Education Coordinating Board will design and produce a certificate of recognition for persons who contribute donations in excess of $10,000 to public institutions of higher education. The Higher Education Coordinating Board will implement provisions of this bill within current resources.
