SB610 by Duncan (Relating to the boundaries, powers, and governance of the Salt Fork Water Quality District.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add Kent, Scurry, and Garza counties to the boundaries of the Salt Fork Water Quality District, which under current statute are within the boundaries of Stonewall County only. Provisions of the bill would also add to the district's powers and make changes related to the number and method of selecting board members.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
