No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow marking alternatives other than buoys to be used when marking the boundaries of a leased oyster bed.  To the extent the bill would amend the code regarding permissible markings for leased beds, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would take immediate effect with a two-thirds vote of all members; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2007. 


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
