No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill provides that the Governor consider making grants from the Texas Enterprise Fund to small businesses, those that commit to create new small businesses, or for the relocation of small businesses from outside the state. No significant fiscal implication to the state is anticipated as the bill redirects appropriated amounts.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
