No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would change an ex officio member of the Department of Information Resources (DIR) board from the commissioner of workers' compensation to the commissioner of insurance. It will also allow an ex officio member to designate a senior manager to represent the agency on the DIR board.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
