IN RE:
SB711 by Shapleigh (Relating to the use of TexasOnline by businesses to apply and pay for certain permits.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that an additional portal to Texas Online be added that businesses would use to apply for, renew, and pay for permits required by state agencies.

It is anticipated that any costs related to implementing the provisions of the bill would be offset by fees generated by the use of the business portal.
