No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code regarding reporting to and enforcement actions by groundwater conservation districts relating to certain water wells.

Local Government Impact

Based on input from 18 groundwater conservation districts statewide, little or no fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
