No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would clarify procedures prescribed for of the School Land Board in authorizing rights and interests in coastal public lands. The bill would provide the authority to the Board to issue the appropriate authorization for uses if it is determined such uses are in the best interest of the state.
