SB763 by Duncan (Relating to the affidavit required to prove expenses in a civil action.), As Passed 2nd House

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under the provisions of the bill, a party, or party's attorney offering an affidavit in evidence required to prove expense in a civil action, would no longer be required to file the affidavit with the clerk of the court. The bill would also amend statute relating to the disclosure of a social security number or drivers license number in the records or pleadings of the court in a civil action. The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
