SB763 by Duncan (Relating to the affidavit required to prove expenses in a civil action.), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under the provisions of the bill, a party, or party's attorney offering an affidavit in evidence required to prove expense in a civil action, would no longer be required to file the affidavit with the clerk of the court.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
