No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would expand the scope of unlawful acts against the Medicaid program and expand the definition of unlawful acts. The Health and Human Services Commission indicates that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
