No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute and provide a change in costs associated with public information requests. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources. Any additional revenue resulting from implementation of the bill related to additional fees charged requestors for public information would not be significant.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
