No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends sections of the Education code and Government code as they relate to notice to institutions of higher education of meetings of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and to telephone conference meetings of the board. The Higher Education Coordinating Board would implement provisions of the bill within existing resources.
