No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to information included in a judgment in a criminal case.  The bill would require court judgments to include a defendant’s driver’s license number and date of birth.  To the extent the bill would amend court procedures relating to judgments, no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
