No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill modifies the labeling requirements for fuel pumps dispensing gasoline and ethanol mixtures and amends language relating to the sale and delivery of certain motor fuels.  According to the Department of Agriculture, these changes should have no fiscal impact to the State.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
