IN RE:	SB1257 by Averitt (Relating to the definition of hotel under the Alcoholic Beverage Code.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code, Section 1 which futher defines the term "hotel". This bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates no significant fiscal impact on the department from the implementation of this bill. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
