No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Government Code to allow for money in the disaster contingency fund to be used to provide assistance to producers of agricultural products affected by a disaster caused by severe drought or wildfire.  According to the Comptroller's Cash Report for fiscal year 2006, the current balance in the Disaster Contingency Fund No. 453 is $107,160.
