No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require an application for the appointment of guardianship to include a request of rights to be terminated, including termination of the right of a proposed ward 18 years of age or older to cast a vote in a public election and termination of the proposed ward's right to operate a motor vehicle.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
