No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Education Code to allow the board of regents of The Texas A & M University System to create and operate a spatial reference center at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. It is assumed that the university would be able to implement provisions of the bill within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
