No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require a regional mobility authority as defined by Section 370.003, Transportation Code, to post notice of a meeting on the authority's Internet website.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

Providing that each applicable regional mobility authority already has an Internet website, no significant fiscal implication to those units of local government is anticipated.
