No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources. DADS is required to ensure that licensed providers are providing the required training to their employees.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
