No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under provisions of the bill, all student financial aid program funding levels, terms of administration, organization, structure, and delivery processes shall be delivered pursuant to the biennial General Appropriations Act.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
