SB1736 by Shapiro (Relating to the powers, duties, and financing of cultural education facilities finance corporations.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add Section 4B to the Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Act to authorize certain nonprofit corporations and charitable organizations to finance any activity in which the entity is permitted to engage.

The bill would take effect immediately if it were to receive the required two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 20007.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
