No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality offers health services to employees at an onsite clinic.  The law requires the services be provided by a licensed nurse practitioner.  The bill amends Government Code Chapter 671 to allow a licensed nurse practitioner or a licensed physician assistant to provide health services to state employees in state office complexes health clinic.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
