No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend numerous provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Education Code, the Family Code, the Government Code, the Health and Safety Code, the Local Government Code, the Parks and Wildlife Code, the Property Code, and the Tax Code relating to state fiscal matters and would provide clarification on numerous issues concerning the Comptroller's administrative duties, government accounting practices, and reporting requirements and certain activities of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Texas Historical Commission.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
