No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Chapter 58 of the Family Code to expand the purposes of the juvenile justice information system and the components that can be contained in the system and to add the court clerk to the partner agencies involved with the juvenile justice information system. The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
